We have dedicated a separate article to explaining pricing in full detail, but here we will discuss upgrades.
If you are a homeowner and would like to upgrade to a landlord account type because you need more then one property unit, or if you are a landlord and need more then three property units you can upgrade and subscribe to our paid plans.
As a property manager you can start with up to 50 units and upgrade as you need more units and/or data storage capacity.
When you sign up as a landlord or property manager you are directed to the subscription options page and can select the plan right for you. If you initially opt for a free plan you can still upgrade at any time.
To view the status of your plan within the application, click Settings from within the user dropdown on the upper right corner.
After clicking Settings, click into Subscriptions to see what type of subscriptions you have. Only homeowners, landlords and property managers will have a Subscription tab in their settings.
Click the 'Upgrade Subscription' button in the upper right corner to see the choices available to you.
You can upgrade your plan to offer either more property units or more digital storage space, depending on what you require. Either input the number of units you need directly or use the sliding scrollbar to determine the plan you need.
From here you will be prompted to input your payment information and complete your subscription signup.
