ManageCasa comes with a default set of chart of accounts. As a user you can customize your chart of accounts by adding accounts or by hiding or editing your list of accounts.
When you do not want to have certain accounts show in your accounting then you can simply switch the on/off switch to off. The account turns grey and with that will no longer be available when you record transactions in accounting.
When you add accounts to your chart of accounts, you can
- Replace accounts that you have turned off and you create one that is replacing the one you turned off AND/OR
- Add additional accounts and possible sub accounts that to the list and expand with accounts that you need for your daily business.
- Accounts that you have created yourself you can edit at any time by adding your own description, etc
