Maintaining your buildings in great condition is of the utmost concern to you as a property manager, as it is one of the most important things all rental owners are looking for in a great property manager. 

Rental owners should be provided periodically with a maintenance report which gives them a better sense of how much upkeep has been required at their property recently. This report, which you can create on ManageCasa, includes an overview of all maintenance requests by property, highlighting the issue, date it was reported, unit number, and tenant who reported it.

Running this report frequently will help you identify how you can improve the effectiveness of your current maintenance practices and whether certain properties or units are proving to be higher risk than others.

Creating an Maintenance Report on ManageCasa is easy:

  1. Navigate to the Reports Module
  2. Click on the Maintenance Report icon
  3. Input the Rental Owner and/or Property for which you would like to run the report
  4. Select the period for which you would like to run the report, or enter a custom date range
  5. Click the Run Report Button

Your report will be generated, and you will be presented with the option of exporting it as a PDF, as an Excel File, or Saving and Sharing it directly with your Rental Owner through ManageCasa.
