No! 

While we of course encourage users to process transactions through our platform to maximize efficiency in accounting and reporting (and because tenants love being able to pay online!), you do not need to process payments through ManageCasa in order to use the software. 

There are many features like Maintenance, Files, Contacts and more that are completely unrelated to processing payments, and even the Accounting & Reporting functionality is compatible for landlords and property managers who would prefer to continue accepting offline payments.
