What’s New at ManageCasa?

We’ve been making some changes you might have noticed:

• Goodbye, Overview Tab: We’ve streamlined things by moving instructional videos right to the top of the feature tab.
• Dual Accounts: Now you can easily toggle between account roles, like Property Owner and Board Member, with our new Dual Accounts feature.
• New Message Board Section: Keep your community in the loop with our new Message Board feature.
• QuickBooks Style Check Template: We’ve added a new Check Template to give you that familiar QuickBooks Online experience.
• More Control in Account Settings: Now you can turn off Maintenance Tickets for both the Tenant and Property Owner Portals directly from your Account Settings.

Better Lease Agreement Management

We’ve also rolled out improvements to how you manage lease agreements. This makes it easier than ever to handle renewals, track key dates, and ensure compliance—making your lease management more efficient and less stressful.

Get the Most Out of the ManageCasa Mobile App

If your residents aren’t using the ManageCasa Mobile app yet, now’s the time to remind them to download it! The app makes it easy for residents to stay connected, get push notifications, make payments, and submit maintenance requests—all from their phones.

What’s Our Engineering Team Up To?

We’re always looking for ways to make your life easier. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming soon:

• Bulk Check Deposits: Save time with this new feature that’s just around the corner.
• AI Chat Bot: We’re introducing an AI chat bot to help you with quick answers, drawing from our Help Center and other sources.
• Clickable Links in Texts: You’ll soon be able to add clickable links in texts, making it easier to direct users to external websites, payment processors, and more.
• Additional Bank Integrations: We’re expanding our bank integration options to make your financial management even smoother.
