Just in time for the 2025 budget season, we’ve improved our Budget Reports to make it even easier to create and manage your budgets in ManageCasa. We’ve also updated the Help Center article with all the details.
ManageCasa Marketplace 🛍️
We’ve launched the ManageCasa Marketplace, which offers valuable services for community and rental management. Right now, it features Insurance and Warranty Services for tenants and homeowners, and we’re planning to add even more services soon. You can control which services are available to your residents through your administrator settings. Stay tuned as we roll out additional offerings in the coming months!
AI-Powered Assistant & User Community 🤖
We’ve recently introduced a new AI-powered chatbot in our Help Center, which uses our extensive knowledge base to answer your questions quickly. This feature will soon be available within the ManageCasa app, making it even easier to get the support you need.
We’re also improving the Help Center’s navigation, breaking out articles specifically for system administrators and residents/owners. And don’t forget, we’re getting ready to launch our online user community, where you can ask questions and share answers with other ManageCasa users!
