3. Improved Lease Agreement Management

Managing lease agreements is now more efficient. The improvements include:

• An enhanced listings feature with syndication through Rent.com to expand your tenant reach.
• A revamped rental application flow for smoother applicant management.
• Newly added background checks with our partner TransUnion for applicants to ensure reliable tenant selection.

4. Real Mail™

We introduced Real Mail™, allowing you to mail documents via USPS directly from ManageCasa (U.S. only). This feature saves time and simplifies document distribution.

5. Native Bank Integrations

We’ve added direct integrations with Pacific Premier Bank and Alliance Association Bank, making banking operations more seamless for our users.

6. Improved Bank Reconciliation

Our AI-powered bank reconciliation feature now includes:

• Enhanced bank connection capabilities for more reliable syncing.
• A powerful new rules feature to automate transaction categorization and reduce manual work.

7. New Invoices Module
