How do I set up default late fees?

Late fees can be applied to any charge that gets created. You have the ability to configure your ManageCasa account to have a default set of late fees that can be used globally across your account.

How to configure default late fees

1. Click on the gear icon in the left menu and select Settings
   
   
2. Click Account Settings
   
   
3. Click on Show in the “Late Fees” section
   • If you do not have any default late fees set up, select Set Default Settings. This will bring up a menu where you can fill in your late fee information to set for your account

Whether you’re creating a lease for your tenants or setting up properties to charge HOA fees, using this default late fee setting can save you time where you would otherwise have to create them individually every time!
