To stay organized within the maintenance and accounting modules, we provide you with a list of the most common maintenance categories. However, you can turn those off or add new ones that make more sense for your business. This is a fast and efficient way to customize the maintenance module for your business.
Edit Maintenance Categories
- Navigate to Maintenance on the left side menu. Click on the Categories tab in the top menu.
- You will see a list of all of the default categories we have turned on for you. You can configure new custom categories by clicking the Add Maintenance Category button.
- You can also turn off any of the defaults if they are irrelevant to your business so that my tenants or other account users can not create tickets related to them.
