Adding all of the property units that you manage or oversee is integral to almost every core function in the ManageCasa application. It is critical that you get your properties set up properly before attempting to use other modules like accounting and maintenance.
ManageCasa supports both single and multi-unit properties, as well as various vertical-specific property types like commercial units, student housing, marinas, and more. If you are managing an apartment building or any type of building with more than one tenant, we suggest you utilize the multi-unit functionality.
Investing the time now to ensure a proper configuration will save you a tremendous amount of time in the future!

If you are not adding a multi-unit property, you can skip this step. -
Click Save to create your new property.
