One of the very first things you'll want to do when getting started using ManageCasa as a property manager or landlord is to configure all of your rental properties.
There are two ways to initiate this process manually. If you are following the Setup Guide, you will be prompted to create your first property in Step 4.
You can also initiate the property creation process at any time from within the application by clicking the "All Properties" or "Properties" tabs on the left navbar and selecting "Add New Property" from there.
Regardless of how you initiate the property creation flow, you'll reach a form where you'll be able to submit all of the relevant information about your property including:
- Property Type
- Property Name
- Property Owner
- Default Measurements
- Assign an operating bank account for the property
- Submit unit-specific details like number of bedrooms/bathrooms
Once you have saved your property it will appear under the All Properties tab in the left navbar as shown in the second image and be available for use throughout the application.
