Sending out Invoices just got easier with Communication Templates
The ManageCasa Communication Templates feature allows you to create standardized message templates that can be easily customized and used for various purposes. Whether you need to send important announcements, lease agreements, maintenance updates, or other communications, this feature enables you to save time and maintain consistency in your messaging. With Communication Templates, you can customize messages, streamline communication, enhance efficiency and maintain compliance.
We recently added a new ‘Base Template’ within our Communication Templates feature.
When you create a new template (Navigate: Dashboard > Manage > Templates), just select the new Base Template: “Notification of Invoices Available” (you may have to scroll to the right to find it, see screenshot below.
You can edit the sample template to your needs, add attachments, select if you’d like to send outstanding or past due invoices, select recipients and your preferred delivery method (e.g. email or RealMail/USPS).

Customer Spotlight: Implementation Light was the right choice for Reis Association
Rein Association manages condos in Kirkland, Washington and needed to streamline its operations on a tight budget.
After extensive research they chose ManageCasa and the budget-friendly ‘Implementation Lite’ package.
