We're pleased to inform you of the latest enhancements to your ManageCasa experience. Our team has diligently worked to streamline your workflow and made extensive updates to our Leasing features. Respective Help Center Articles with additional instructions will be posted soon.
Starting off with Listings, we have seamlessly integrated leads and applicants into a unified space, eliminating inefficiencies associated with managing them separately. Additionally, we've introduced the "Listing Providers" tab, enabling seamless integration with Rent.com for enhanced listing capabilities. Stay tuned for the launch, as we wait for final approval from Rental Beast as well.
In addition to the Listings feature update, our Application Forms have undergone a transformation, now serving as customizable templates providing valuable insights into property details and collected information. With features such as personalized fields, attached policies, and integrated fraud prevention measures like optional photo ID verification and background checks, managing applications has never been more efficient.
Our enhanced applicant list also offers convenient filters for tailored viewing and simplified lead management options, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
Furthermore, we're also thrilled to introduce a tailored Background Checking option in partnership with TransUnion, enhancing the rental management experience for property owners managing multiple properties. Now, property owners can effortlessly access comprehensive credit, criminal, and eviction histories of potential tenants, along with personalized leasing recommendations, enabling faster and more informed decision-making processes.
We will be releasing respective ManageCasa Help Center articles soon, covering more details and screenshots for these new features.
Usability improvements
In the spirit of continuous improvement, we listened to your feedback and made a few more updates to the application user interface:
In the past it was hard to navigate large lists and go to a specific page. With the latest change you can now quickly go to a specific page by using the new search box. We also removed the first/last and replaced them with the actual page numbers.
Bank reconciliation history:
We also added a new “Reconcile” report. This report allows you to see current and past bank reconciliations in one place. As with almost all lists and reports, you can download it to a MS Excel spreadsheet for more in-depth analysis.
New ManageCasa website:
You may have noticed that we relaunched the ManageCasa website. Check it out, there is a lot of helpful information!
