When you sign up for ManageCasa's ePayment subscription, verifying your company is the first step to begin accepting electronic payments. ManageCasa is dedicated to keeping your money safe, and verifying your company ensures that payments are deposited to the rightful accounts. This guide will walk you through the verification process and get you ready to start sending out your first charges online!
How to navigate to the account verification steps
- Click on the Avatar icon on the top right of your screen and select Settings
- Click on Account Verification
- Create Company
Account Verification Steps

Click on add in step 1 from the Account Verification screen
One important thing to highlight is the company owners section. This section will determine who can complete step 2 in the company verification (photo validation). If a user is listed as a company owner, they will need to register with ManageCasa and complete the photo validation themselves. - Photo Validation of Company Owner
Step 2 requires one of the company owners listed in step one to complete a photo validation of themselves. If the user is not listed as a company owner, please go back to step 1 and either add this user as an owner or have one of the owners register their ManageCasa account and complete the photo validation. - Adding a Company Bank Account
Step 3 is for you to enter your primary company operating bank account. Click on Connect Bank Account, and enter the bank name and type into the required fields. If available, you can enter the opening balance and date, but these are not required.
Once you have the initial bank details inputted, press the Connect button. You can connect your account instantly through Plaid, or manually by entering your account number and routing numbers into the provided fields. We usually recommend connecting your accounts instantly to ensure the fastest possible connection. - General Information for Company Owner
The general information should be completed by the primary owner who is verifying the account. The user who completed steps 1 through 3 should fill out this last section.
Once you complete all 4 steps, you are done! Please wait a few moments for the submission to process, and once you see the following prompt on the screen, you’re all set to begin collecting payments!
