How do I create a 1099 Report in my ManageCasa Account?

ManageCasa does not generate 1099 forms! The system creates a Microsoft Excel file that you or your trusted tax professional can use to prepare your IRS 1099 forms.

Generating this 1099 report in your ManageCasa account is made fast and simple by automatically generating a list of all parties that have incurred over $600 of 1099 compensation (both property owners and vendors).

Prerequisite: All Expense transactions are properly maintained in ManageCasa.

Create your 1099 report

The 1099 report is an MS Excel spreadsheet that contains all required data that you can share with your tax accountant/advisor.

You can run and download your 1099 report as follows:

1. Click Manage in the left menu
2. Select IRS Tax Form 1099
3. Click Generate
4. Select relevant lines and Click the "Download" button or click on the three dots next to the 1099 line you would like to download and select "Download"
5. The file(s) will be available in your default folder for downloads.
