Release Notes - October 13th, 2023

We're back again for another set of updates.  This is a smaller update, but very powerful.  We are introducing the concept of Custom Field Groups.  Organizing your custom fields is important, and we we have listened to your feedback and released the ability to create your own groupings of custom fields.  You can drag custom fields into groups and also make them public.  When you make a custom field public (or group), those values will be visible to your tenants and property owners.  In addition, you can make them editable by people who have access to that field.  With public editable fields, you can have your tenants and property owners update fields for you.  You no longer have to collect that information and add it yourself.  Your tenants can update your custom fields for you.

We are also officially launching the ability to send templates in the US via USPS.  For a very reasonable fee, you can mail out all the letters you want.  We cover postage and handling for you.  We will only charge you for letters delivered.  In addition, if your address is out of date, and there is a forwarding address, ManageCasa will automatically update the address on file for you.
