Happy Chinese New Year! Like the work horses that we are in the engineering department, we have been hard at work revamping how we use Files with Associations. We listened to our customers and agree that it could be confusing how we share files with property owners in your association. I'm happy to announce that we have revamped that entire section and created special "Shared with Owners" folders for each of your associations. We have moved what we could determine where the shared files you have already shared into these new folders. Now going forward, to share a file (or folder) with an owner, just drop it into these new system folders. We have also created special system folders. Anything you drop in those special top-level system folders will be automatically shared with your board members. Anything outside of those Association system folders will not be visible to your board members. We believe that this will greatly simplify your sharing of files within your organization
We have also updated the interfaces for Associations, Tasks and moved some fields from the Association to the Property Unit. Now you can mark a property as rented without having a lease and add your tenants to an association property right from the Property Unit.
