Boo! Do you have your costumes and candy all ready for all those trick-or-treat people. While I'm not a big fan of Halloween, I am a big fan of giving out treats! So for Halloween this year we're happy to give you all the treat of this update.
With this release, we're pushing out our new electronic automated payment module. We're happy to announced that we have partnered with Payabli to give you all a fully automated way to pay all your bills directly from within ManageCasa. We are pushing this out as a very limited Beta. If you are interested in being in this limited group, please reach out to your Customer Success rep. We'll be happy to work with you to get this up and running for your business. It's very smooth and painless.
We have also included in this release a number of other updates to make your life easier in ManageCasa.
Updates
- Fixed an issue where Service Pros could not see the images that they uploaded to tickets
- Fixed an issue where disabled GL codes were visible in Budgets
- Added a forced re-login when you change a user's role
- Updated the Contact bulk uploader to support new emergency contact and preferences
- Fixed issues with templates when there is an "unknown" field
- Added Opt In/Out options for Tenants and Property Owners. This is a great way to control what messages are being sent to your users. Tenants and Owners can set, but accounts can overwrite
- We did a big overhaul of the messages system to make it easier for future development
- Added a new printable work-order for Maintenance, Violations and Architecture requests.
- Fixed an issue where the number of units was not showing up for associations
- Fixed a filter issue for exporting transactions
- Improved the AP flows to use the default check format for a bank if specified
- Fixed an issue in Invoices where properties would not show up correctly
- Added a calendar Icon to the timelines
- Added additional warnings in the Send Communication listing when you choose "Send"
- Added the ability to send Payments electronically Limited Beta
- Updated and improved Late Fee checks to be more consistent.
