Labor Day is quickly approaching and our labors have been rewarded with two new amazing features. We are super happy to announce the availability of our revised AP/Payables module. With the AP flows you can not only streamline your payment process, but you can do trust accounting. With the Payables section, you can make sure that there is enough balance across your associations or properties in your bank account before you make your payments. We also are introducing approval flows. You can custom setup your different approval levels across your board members or organization. This allows you to make sure that the appropriate people have pre-approved the payment before it's made.
But wait, there's more! We have added more intelligence to our Minii AI agenic tool. We are spending a lot of time focusing on making Minii smarter and better for you. With this release, you can now give Minii one or more PDF invoices. Minii will categorize and get them ready to be turned into expense transactions. The more you use it, the more Minii learns your settings. After just a few loads Minii will be able to categorize all your normal invoices for you automatically. This is a an amazing time-saver when creating your AP.

- Added a new Post Date to all accounting records. This will be used to record the accrual date. It was back-filled with the due date for consistency. However, it can be updated anytime to reflect the actual date posted
- Changed old subscriptions to limit number of AI interactions. The trial period is over for Minii
- Improved Custom Fields
- Fixed an issue where editing on from the list sometimes got stuck
- Added filters to all lists for custom field reporting in the data
- Updated the sorting of the income report
- Fixed an issue where violations showed up when they should not have been visible to owners
- Fixed an issue where chart of accounts turned off were still visible in journal entries
- Fixed an issue that allowed board members to be edited in the account settings pages
- Added the ability to set a user in the journal entry to put it on the right ledger
- Package Tracking is no longer beta and the tag has been removed
- Fixed an issue where the banking balance was not reflected correctly
- Added paywalls for creating expense transactions with Minii
Updated Minii to be aware if an Association has not uploaded any documents. It will notify the owners that it needs to happen.
