Fall is in the air and we're seeing pumpkin-spice things everywhere. I'm personally not a pumpkin fan, but enjoy seeing all the crazy stuff including a pumpkin beer at the local grocery store. We're letting you know of some treats that we have for you. We've been busy at work on some really cool new features. In the meantime, we have pushed out a couple of smaller releases over the past couple of weeks. This is a catch-up list of all the updates we've been working on.
Fixes
- Updated the way we handle NSF so going forward, you can reconcile the initial deposit and then the removal of money if they happen on different dates
- Added new filter to the Payout Unallocated list for associations
- Updated a number of flow issues with Tasks
- Fixed an issue where cleared date was being assigned to NSFs my mistake
- Fixed an issue with recurring when HOA fees were zero
- Fixed an issue where a certain type of admin account could not delete an evote
- Fixed an issue where multi-property units were not showing up in the invoice page
- Fixed an issue with the transaction report that would cause it to fail
- Updated the ledgers for Service Pros and Vendors to flip the view and target them for payments
- Fixed an issue with Budget reports when reporting outside of the budget time-period
- Updated the default priority for all tickets to be Normal
- Updated an issue where images were not always visible in tickets
- Fixed an issue with management fees in property management terms to calculate correctly
- Updated accounting widgets for accuracy
- Fixed an issue where data wasn't updated quickly with reclassify
- Fixed an issue in Mailroom to better calculate the "needs attention" numbers
- Improved accuracy with bank deposit flows
- Fixed an issue with bank withdrawals in the transaction list
- Added save-all to the association property list
- Fixed an issue with the reconcile list to pay attention to the sign of the value to put it in the correct column
- Fixed an issue with creating a communication from a transaction detail
- Fixed an issue where the message would not show up in the tickets details
- Fixed a automatic filtering issue in the lease listing
- Fixed an issue with posting date not always being set
- Added a locked state for journal entries for better accuracy
- Added Violation and Architecture Review into the property detail pages.
