We're almost to the longest day of the year and we've been using the extra daylight to crank out new and exciting enhancements to our platform. With this release we have completely revamped our pricing with our marketing team. We have launched so many features over the years and continue to build out new and enhanced features for you. With this release we're introducing our tiered pricing. It's our way to continue to provide to you all the superior features and at the same time make sure that we can do this for years to come. All existing customers have been grandfathered so that you will continue to have access to everything you have had over the years. However, over time we will be converting all our customers into the appropriate tier for their subscription.
In addition to the changes to our subscription model, we have also fixed a number of customer related and internal issues that we have discovered since the last release. Happy Summer to you all!
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where we showed banks to people in access groups when they should not have those banks in their pick list
- Added Investment Bank to list of Bank choices
- Fixed an issue where fields were mandatory in the app, but not required in the bulk upload. Now the rules are consistent
- Changed the way the Task list works by default. It will hide all completed tasks, unless you choose to see completed tasks
- Fixed an issue where a deleted Amenity would show up in the reservations list
- Fixed an issue where certain user groups could not add an amenity
- Fixed a bulk loader issue for deleted properties
- Added the ability to add a deposit bank to the bulk loader
- Added the State to Owner Report
- Fixed an issue where the property ledger didn't include/exclude certain transactions that would cause it not to balance correctly
- Fixed an issue where certain detail records would not be updated correctly.
- Fixed a number of internal errors that would happen from time to time
- Fixed an issue where sometimes a property would not show up in the pick list when creating property management terms
- Fixed some API errors between ManageCasa and RentSmart
- Added support for Tier Based Subscription Model
- Fixed an issue with the Invoice Prefix preview
