This release is a quick turn around from the last release we pushed out recently. There were a number of fixes that were not quite ready. We were very pleased to be able to turn this release around as quickly as we did. With this release we're greatly improving Minii's knowledge of the world. Minii is now aware about architecture reviews and violations. Not only can property owners now create their own if the HOA allows them to, but the HOA managers and also do more advanced work on the existing tickets. For example you can bulk actions across multiple tickets and make assignments all with Minii. We're super excited about how quickly Minii is getting more and more advanced. We also took the opportunity to do a little house cleaning with this release as well. We improved a lot of behind the scenes software components.
Fixes
- Fixed a number of issues with Budget vs Actual reports. There were some issues if your fiscal year was not staring in January
- Updated some links and fixed some timezone mis-matches in the budget report
- Fixed an issue where some maintenance pictures would not show up for tenants and owners
- Fixed an issue with Violations and attachments for board members
- Cleaned up code around expense transactions
- Fixed a bug with the RentSmart integration when creating accounts with multiple account users
- Updated some issues around voiding a check
- Updated some navigational issues around architecture reviews
- Fixed an issue where some events would not show up on the calendar at the end of the month
