Summer is in full swing and while we all enjoyed the 4th of July, we have not stopped our work on making ManageCasa the BEST software available on the market today. We are very pleased to announce to great feature releases today.
With this release, we are introducing an amazing new tool for Associations. We're calling it Minii Intelligence. If you've played around with Minii (our AI chatbot) you already know how powerful it is. With this release, we are turbo charging it's smarts. Now you can upload your Association documents into Minii, Minii will review and absorb those documents privately into your own personal datastore. Once Minii has read and reviewed your documents, your property owners can ask questions of Minii and it will respond FOR YOU to any questions in those documents. Minii will be able to answer questions that your team previously had to answer. We're putting the power of AI to work for you.
The second major part of this release, is the introduction of MailRoom. We have completely reinvented how we send out communications. Our new simplified and streamlined approach, will make your communication with your owners and tenants a joy to complete. We have added a bunch of new features and methods to send out documents, templates and more. We hope you're as pleased with the results as we have.
In addition to these updates, we have also included a large number of improvements as well:

- When you bulk import leases, if the contact in the file doesn't exist, the bulk loader will create that tenant for you automatically
- Fixed an issue where the unit custom fields were not being exported with the save results function
- Fixed an issue where pictures were not always attached to Violation, Architecture and Maintenance Tickets
- Added additional filters for the Credit report
- Fixed an issue for people on the Growth plan when editing Budgets
- Fixed an issue when a Board member belonged to multiple associations and their permissions were not always updated
- Added new tool to support clearing when user was blocked for security reasons
- fixed a couple of issues around the new tier plans

- Fixed an issue where inactive bank accounts appeared in some pick lists
- Added additional days for late fee grace period
- Fixed an issue where non-paying customers were prevented from removing payment methods.

- Cleaned up some fields in Ask an Expert
- Added additional filters to the Deliquent reports
- Renamed buttons on the Contact Detail pages for clarity
