Good news, we've been able to sneak in another release with a number of improvements and fixes that have been in the works.
October is almost upon us, and our trick and treats only contain treats! We're very happy with these updates and we hope you will be too!
Usability Enhancements
- Added Notes and Tasks to Maintenance in the mobile app
- Added a new transaction notification when a transaction is marked as paid regardless of how it was paid
- Added a 'Ticket Number' to the Maintenance, Architecture Review and Violation reports
- Added the ability to edit the subject of a message
- Updated the naming convention in the bulk lease uploader to match the names between the spreadsheet and the application
- Updated the contact ledger to display credit balances
- Updated the Trial balance report to reflect the end of the day for the as of date
- Updated logic and performance for the bank register listings
- Moved Credits into the asset section of the balance sheet because of GAAP accounting rules
- Separated out email and phone from the delinquent tenant reports
Fixes
- Updated the Deposit report to contain all properties when filtering by the company
- Fixed an issue where a message created from the Maintenance app were not associated to the ticket.
- Fixed an issue where the select all contacts wasn't working in the communication template creation process
- Updated the Maintenance description box to expand when there is more text
- Fixed an issue when addresses didn't show up correctly (city would disappear) in the listing pages
- Fixed an issue with eVoting when there was only one choice
- Fixed an issue with the display counts in the template contact list
- Fixed an issue when clicking on a contact who is also an account user could redirect to a Not found page
- Fixed an issue where some contacts could not read messages
