A day late... but May the fourth be with you all! We're nerding out over here at ManageCasa over the latest new feature we're adding for our Association Customers. We have added Amenities, and it makes us a bit giddy to finally have this released. It's been in the works for quite some time and we're proud of what we've accomplished in this first release.
In addition to Amenities, we've also included a bunch of updates and improvements to our infrastructure. Including a revamp of how we generate PDFs. We have improved not only the speed of generation but the quality of results as well. Also with this release, for those of your with long running reports, we have implemented a way to push the reports into the background and we'll send you the results when the report is complete. You no longer have to watch the screen while the reports are running, you can continue your work and the report will download when it's completed.
We hope you enjoy these improvements as much as we enjoyed working on them.

- Fixed an issue where the Contact Ledger was including extra transactions
- Fixed an issue where some people outside the US could not save their personal preferences
- Updated transaction widgets to fix an issue around dates
- Added Unit Number and Zip code to current owners report
- Fixed an issue with Owner's report that could cause the report to fail
- Fixed an issue where in some cases the tenant relationship was lost to the property with multiple leases.
- Fixed an issue where some reports failed if you split them by property
- Fixed an issue when people charged against one transaction changed to a different set of users. The charge update failed.
- Fixed an issue around charging Management Fees from Property Management Terms
- Removed the ability to use a Bank account as an Additional Fee in the lease creation as it was causing an error (it's not allowed)
- Added the ability to add Amenities to Customer Marketing Websites
- Added the ability to pick the page size across the application from 10 per list to 50
- Added new filters to the reconcile page to cut and slice the data lots of different ways. Should greatly improve the usability of reconciliation.
- Updated the bank pick list in account settings
- Fixed some rendering issues on mobile for applicants
- Fixed an issue where applicants with a failed identity verification could not restart the id verification process.
- Fixed an issue where some words would split in the wrong place in messages
- Fixed an issue where the property owners were not being displayed on the property summary page
- Added a pop-up window for long-running reports to send to the background and download to the browser when finished.
- Adding support for Pacific Premier Bank Lockbox transaction downloads.
