What’s new in the ManageCasa Software?

We are proud to announce the latest updates in the software, designed to make you more efficient and provide a better experience for your users.

You can now have users see and reserve Amenities in ManageCasa

Do you have a clubhouse, meeting rooms, tennis or pickleball courts? How do you manage reservations for such amenities? We are proud to announce the availability of our latest feature: Amenity Reservations.

 

Amenity management is fully integrated with your contacts (residents/homeowners), accounting (e.g. charge for amenity use) and with the ManageCasa Marketing Website. Users can read about the amenities, see what times are available and book the amenities right from the application.

Improved Reports Management

Especially our larger clients have probably experienced a report timing out.
For larger data sets reports are now created in the background and you’ll be notified when the report file is available for download.

 

Improved Bank Reconciliation:

Within our newest release, we added some improvements to our bank reconciliation feature. We now give you the ability to search on payments, filter on specific variables like “paid from dates” “income vs. expense” and “cleared dates”. You can see these changes by going to Accounting > Bank Accounts > Reconcile.

ManageCasa is supporting an Ultracycling Racing Team at the 2024 Race Across The West

Every June, Ultracycling enthusiasts from all over the world flock to Oceanside, CA for the epic Race Across America (RAAM) and its little sister: the Race Across the West (RAW).

On June 11, one of the teams will proudly wear the ManageCasa jersey in an attempt to set a new course record for mixed teams and complete the 930 mile non-stop race in under 48 hours.
