We have been working really hard on a number of very cool new features that should be coming out soon. In the meantime, we are pleased to let you know that we have just pushed out a patch release that addresses a number of issues that have been raised.
Issues:
- We have improved the date calculation for reports and added a bunch of new pre-defined periods to choose from
- Fixed an issue around permissions for board members
- Fixed an issue around sharing a maintenance ticket with a service pro
- Continued to improve the bulk loading and adding additional error checks on the data
- Fixed an issue where sometimes the bulk loader would get stuck if there were errors in the data
- Added more decimal places to the allotment calculation
- Greatly improved the Budget Actual report with more formatting and cleaner look and feel
- Improved lease creation process
- Fixed an issue where sometimes the payout description would not update the search fields for a deposit
- Updated the Customer Marketing Website List presentation
- Improved the speed to sending mass messages to a large number of people
- Improved the 'select all' functionality in the list pickers
- Removed extra fields from the contact edit page
- Updated the rendering for Message Boards
- Added missing icons to the 'Account User' role picker
- Fixed an issue with Firebox and the new URL detection algorithm
- Cleaned up the 'Trial User' account steps and added a toolbar to help 'Get Started'
- Added the ability to edit a Contact and add/remove them as a Board Member
- Removed the ability to create a Board Member from Account Users and moved it only to Associations or the Contact page
- In the training section, when a user clicks on the Help Center tab, it will open in a new window
- Added a check to make sure files have all been uploaded before you can submit maintenance/violation tickets
