We're very happy to report that we have updated the system (although this is slightly late in announcing) to improve the ticketing systems within ManageCasa. We took a hard look at how all of you are using Maintenance, Violations and Architecture Review, listened to your feedback and revamped the process to make it easier for you to manage your ticketing. We added a new map feature so that you can see the exact locations of the issues. We changed the way we create the tickets to streamline and improve that process. We added the ability to attach payment information to tickets to collect fees for maintenance charges directly within the tickets. Overall, there were many, many improvements to the ticketing systems. We hope you're as happy with the changes as we are.
In addition to the revamped ticketing system, we also fixed a large number of issues that you all have reported to us.
Hope your summer is going well!
