ManageCasa offers these Implementation Packages:

Standard Implementation includes account set up by ManageCasa and a guided, self-paced learning, with step-by step instructions. This package is ideal for small organizations with limited budgets and basic technical skills. It includes one live session with ManageCasa specialists to review select settings answer any remaining questions. Additional live support may be purchased at hourly rates published on the ManageCasa website*.

Premium Implementation includes account set up by ManageCasa and a number of live, in-person onboarding sessions where ManageCasa specialists walk new client teams through the set up and explains key features while the client shares their screen.
Software Implementation projects usually include an initial data load, see our Data Migration article for details.
Understand that the implementation effort is a function of complexity, such as number units, scope of features you intend to use.
Small clients with limited scope have gone live in as little as a day.
We can accommodate live onboarding for even mid-sized management firms and self-managed associations within a few days, depending on your level of urgency.
For large projects and enterprise clients we will assign a dedicated project manager. We will work with you to outline project scope and schedule based on your needs.
Switching systems can be challenging. It requires your team and your end users to familiarize themselves with new screens, new mobile apps and new workflows. While we intend to offer an intuitive user experience, it will take time for users to "unlearn" old ways to do things, to adopt new procedures and feel comfortable working with a new system.

In case you and your tenants or homeowners have questions, our support team is here to help.
You can use our AI Assistant and browse our Help Center 24/7 at no cost.
You can create a Support Ticket either directly from the application or by sending an email.
We also offer Hypercare for a limited amount of time after Go-Live where we provide additional hands-on support to ensure you are successful with the new system. it's basically handholding after go-live to ensure adoption and mitigate operational risk.
During Hypercare, our team will prioritize and rapidly resolve issues arising from live use and allow for a smooth transition from the implementation to regular operations. This includes regular live check-ins, to discuss issues, reinforce processes, workflows, or reporting setup.
