If you’ve subscribed to ePayments, you’ll need to complete account verification before you can start processing payments. This is a standard security step to confirm your business and banking details.
We take security seriously. To support this, we use a trusted third-party provider to verify that your information matches official records. Any sensitive information you enter is encrypted and sent directly to the provider—we don’t store it in ManageCasa.
How to Access Account Verification
- Click your Profile Avatar in the top-right corner of your account → open Settings → select Account Verification.
Step 1: Set Up and Verify Your Company
If you haven’t created your company yet, you’ll be prompted to do so by:
- Clicking Create Company
- Select your Company Type
- Entering your Company Name
If your company already exists but isn’t complete, you’ll be asked to finish filling it out.
From there, enter your business details including company type, name, Tax ID, website, and a short description. You can also upload your company logo or any supporting documents if needed. Continue by adding your company address, phone number, and owner details, then click Update.
Once everything is filled out, agree to the Terms of Service and click Verify Account to proceed.
Step 2: Connect Your Bank Account
To receive ePayments, you’ll need to link a bank account using one of the options below:
Method | Process | Timeframe |
| Instant Connect | Log in directly to your bank via our secure portal. | Instant |
| Manual Verification | Enter your account and routing numbers manually. We’ll send two micro-deposits to your account, which you’ll need to confirm. | 2-3 Business Days |
Step 3: Verify Your Identity
You’ll be redirected to a secure page to complete identity verification. This includes uploading your ID, then entering your date of birth and the last four digits of your SSN before submitting.
What Happens Next?
Once all steps are completed, your account will be reviewed for verification. You’ll be notified once it’s approved, and you can start using ePayments right after.
If you run into any issues during verification, feel free to reach out to our support team—we’re happy to help.
