The Account Information page is your central place for viewing and managing your organization’s key details, financial overview, and core settings in ManageCasa.
Keeping this information accurate is especially important if you want to accept electronic payments and complete account verification. This guide walks you through each section of the page so you can confidently manage your account.
Accessing Account Information
To open Account Information:
- Click your Profile Avatar in the top-right corner → select Settings → click Account Information
Once inside, you’ll see your organization overview, financial summary, and account configuration options.
Organization Overview
At the top of the page, you’ll find your main organization details such as Company name, Company address, and the Verification Status.
Use the Actions dropdown to edit your organization profile information such as Tax ID, Company website URL, Company description, Company logo, Company address, and Company owners.
- NOTE: If your account is already verified, changing key company details may affect your verification status and could require re-verification.
Summary Tab
The Summary tab gives you a quick snapshot of your organization’s financial and operational information.
- Financial Tiles: Quick-view tiles for Income, Expenses, and Net Income show your totals at a glance.
- Date Range: Use the dropdown (e.g., "Year-to-Date") to filter the financial data displayed in the tiles.
- Direct Reports: Shortcut links are provided to jump directly to your Income Statement or Balance Sheet for more granular details.
- Managing Details: Beneath the financial tiles, you can manage your company Description and Pictures/Files.
Here, you’ll also see your current setup for Late Fee configuration, Company Bank Account(s), and Default Auto-Deposit Account.
Clicking Edit beside any of these options will redirect you to the Account Settings page, where you can update your configurations.
