ManageCasa allows users, property owners, and tenants to securely add and manage payment methods for electronic bill payments. You can store multiple payment options, including bank accounts and credit cards, to pay rent, dues, subscriptions, or other charges.
- ManageCasa Users: Can add payment methods to pay subscriptions or other bills electronically.
- Property Owners: Can use stored payment methods to pay association dues and other charges.
- Tenants: Can use stored payment methods to pay rent and related fees.
- Security: ManageCasa uses a secure, end‑to‑end encrypted third‑party provider to protect financial information.
Steps to Add a Payment Method
- Click the Profile icon in the top‑right corner of the application.
- Open Account Settings.
- In the Finances section, select Payment Method.
- Alternatively, tenants and property owners can access payment methods directly from their dashboard.
- Review any existing stored payment methods.

Click “Add” to enter a new payment method.
- You can link a bank account or add a credit/debit card.

Bank Account Options:
- Connect Now - Instantly (Recommended): Instantly link your bank account by connecting directly to your online banking.
- Manual: Enter account details manually. ManageCasa will send two micro‑deposits to verify the account (typically takes 2–3 business days).

Bank Account Options:
- Credit Card: Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV. Click Save to confirm.
- You can link a bank account or add a credit/debit card.

Once linked successfully, the payment method will appear in the list with the status: Verified.
Managing Payment Methods
- Existing payment methods will be displayed in the list.
- Use the three‑dot action button to:
- View history of transactions.
- Delete a stored payment method.
