- Viewing Credits: You can easily see available credits on any user's account by navigating to the Accounting section. This allows for easy tracking and management of any overpayments or advance payments.

- Manual Credit Application: If you need to manually apply a credit to a specific transaction, you can do so by going to the user’s payment screen, selecting + Record Payment, and applying the available credit.
