ManageCasa wants to ensure that the security of your money is protected. ePayment limits are transaction thresholds that are set for accounts subscribed for ePayments. These thresholds help monitor charges and deposits are the amounts that you expect.
How to change your ePayment Limits
- Click on the gear icon in the left menu and select Settings
- Select Account Settings
- Select ePayments
- Click on the tab ePayment Limits
- Click Request New Limits to send an inquiry to our team to review and approve. You will be brought to a screen where you can adjust each individual limit:
There are four limits that you can change:
- Per Transaction Limit
- The highest individual charge that you can send out per transaction
- Monthly Transaction Limit
- The total sum of all charges that get created in one month
- Per Deposit Limit
- The highest amount that can be deposited to a bank account at one time
- Monthly Deposit Limit
- The total sum of all deposits made in one month
If you request a limit increase, please be sure to fill out the description field with a reason why you are increasing the limit (i.e. ‘New lease rent is higher than existing limits). Once you finish filling out the request form, click Send Request and our team will be able to review the request and increase the limits for your account!
