The Subscription page in ManageCasa lets you view and manage your current plan, billing details, and available add-ons. It provides full visibility of your subscription so you don’t need to contact support or your account executive to check your plan details.
View Your Subscription Details
To access your subscription, click your Profile Avatar (top-right corner) → go to Settings → under the Account section select Subscriptions.
Once there, you’ll see your current plan along with key details such as subscription cost, renewal date, account number, account creation date, status, and payment method on file.
It also shows a breakdown of your subscription features, including items like base subscription, e-payments, custom emails, and customer marketing website. Each feature will indicate whether it’s included in your plan and show the associated cost or additional details if it’s not currently enabled.
Editing or Upgrading Your Plan
To make changes, click Edit on the Subscription page. This will show your Account Executive details and give you the option to start a chat with the Sales Team for upgrades or additional features.
If you choose to chat with the Sales Team, you’ll be connected to a live chat where a Sales Development Representative will respond within minutes. You can use this to ask about pricing, features, or subscription changes.
