Customer Marketing Website in ManageCasa

The Customer Marketing Website feature in ManageCasa allows you to quickly create and manage a professional website for your property management business. With simple tools and built in templates, you can launch your website without technical knowledge and keep it updated directly from your ManageCasa account.

Accessing the page

• Go to More Features >> Customer Marketing Website

Information

The Customer Marketing Website page is where you can create, view, and manage your website. It provides quick access to your live site and editing options, allowing you to easily maintain and update your online presence.

Once you access the page, you can:

• Click the website link to view your live site
• Click the three dots ( … ) to open options such as editing your website

From here, you can start building or updating your website using ManageCasa’s built in tools.

Creating a new website

Before creating a website, make sure that you have an active Customer Marketing Website subscription.

To create a new website:

• Go to More Features >> Customer Marketing Website
• Click Create Website

You will then be asked to choose whether to enable a Custom Domain or keep it turned off.

Custom Domain options

• Custom Domain Off
  Your website will be hosted within ManageCasa using a subdomain. This means your website URL will include .managecasa.com, for example:
  yourdomainname.managecasa.com
  Once your website is published, it will automatically be live and accessible to the public.
• Custom Domain On
  You can use your own custom domain name instead of the ManageCasa subdomain.
  In this case, you will need to purchase a domain from a domain provider and configure it accordingly. This option gives you more flexibility in branding your website.
