The Amenities feature in ManageCasa allows property owners to easily view and reserve community spaces. It provides a simple and convenient way to manage reservations, check availability, and handle any associated fees, all in one place.

What is an Amenity
Amenities are shared spaces or facilities within your community that residents can reserve and use. These are designed to enhance the living experience and provide convenient access to common areas.
Common examples of amenities include meeting rooms, event spaces, clubhouses, fitness centers, pools, outdoor areas such as patios or rooftop decks, and other reservable facilities within the property.
ManageCasa makes it easy to view availability, reserve these spaces, and manage bookings all in one place.
Information
The Amenities section allows you to browse available amenities and manage your reservations directly from your ManageCasa account. This feature is accessible through both the web platform and mobile app, making it easy to book anytime.
Note: Amenities can also be integrated with your Customer Marketing Website, allowing users to reserve directly from your website and be redirected to ManageCasa to complete their booking.
Amenities available
Under the Amenities Available tab, you can:
- View all available amenities
- Check details and availability
- Review any associated reservation fees
My reservations
The My Reservations tab displays all your bookings in one place.
Here, you can:
- View reservation date and time
- Check payment status
- Take actions such as paying or canceling a reservation
Making a reservation
To reserve an amenity:
- Click Reserve on your selected amenity
- Review the details
- Select your preferred date and time
- Submit your reservation
Once submitted, your reservation will be confirmed and added to your reservations list.
Payments and notifications
Some amenities may include reservation fees. You can complete payments directly within ManageCasa using available payment methods.
Once your reservation is approved, you will receive an email notification for confirmation.
Availability and scheduling
To ensure fairness and prevent conflicts, ManageCasa automatically manages availability by blocking already reserved time slots. This helps avoid double bookings and ensures a smooth reservation experience for all users.
The Amenities feature makes it easy to reserve and manage community spaces, giving you a clear and convenient way to plan and enjoy shared facilities.
