Ask Questions About ManageCasa
You can ask Minii AI how to use features within ManageCasa in plain language. It searches our Help Center to deliver relevant answers and guidance in real time.

Create & Manage Tickets and Requests
Minii AI allows you to handle maintenance tickets, violation tickets, and architectural review (ARC) requests directly through conversation.
For maintenance workflows, you can create new tickets, check statuses, update ticket details, add notes, send messages related to maintenance requests, and perform bulk actions such as creating, editing, archiving, or deleting multiple maintenance tickets at once.
Minii AI can also help create and manage violation tickets for association-related issues such as parking violations, unauthorized modifications, noise complaints, or other rule enforcement matters.
In addition, Minii AI supports creating and managing Architectural Review (ARC) requests for property modifications, exterior changes, renovations, or other association approval requirements.
Simply describe what you need, and Minii AI will guide you through the process or complete the action for you.

Minii AI currently supports maintenance-related workflows, managing violation tickets and architectural review (ARC) requests, and general product guidance.
If your request falls outside of these areas—or if Minii AI is unable to provide a clear answer—it will guide you to contact our Support team.
As Minii AI is still in Beta, you may occasionally experience incomplete or imperfect responses, limitations with certain requests, or features that are still evolving.
We’re actively improving Minii AI and expanding its capabilities over time.
