Ask Questions About ManageCasa
You can ask Minii AI how to use features within ManageCasa in plain language. It searches our Help Center to deliver relevant answers and guidance in real time.

Create & Manage Maintenance Tickets
Minii AI allows you to handle maintenance requests directly through conversation. You can create new tickets, check their status, update ticket details, add notes, and send messages related to maintenance requests.
Minii AI also supports bulk maintenance actions, allowing you to create, edit, archive, or delete multiple maintenance tickets at once to help streamline larger property management tasks.
Scope & Limitations
Minii AI is currently focused on maintenance-related workflows and general product guidance. At this time, it does not support managing Violation tickets and Architectural review (ARC) requests
If your request falls outside of these areas—or if Minii AI is unable to provide a clear answer—it will guide you to contact our Support team.
As Minii AI is still in Beta, you may occasionally experience incomplete/imperfect responses or features that are still evolving
