Minii AI allows you to create, track, and update maintenance tickets directly through conversation inside ManageCasa. Instead of navigating through menus, you can simply describe what you need, and Minii AI will guide you through the process or complete the action for you.
Creating Maintenance Tickets
To create a new maintenance request, simply tell Minii AI what the issue is. For example:
- "Create a maintenance ticket for [property address]"
- "Sink is leaking in [property address]"
Minii AI will attempt to create the ticket or prompt you for any additional details needed to complete the request.
Bulk Creating Maintenance
Minii AI can also help you create multiple maintenance tickets at once. This is especially useful for scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, or property-wide projects affecting multiple condo units.
Example:
- "Create maintenance tickets for units AB01 to AB10 under 777 Test Diamond St. for annual HVAC filter replacement and thermostat inspection”
Minii AI will organize and create the tickets based on the information provided.
Managing Existing Maintenance Tickets
You can also use Minii AI to check and update existing maintenance tickets. This includes viewing the current status as well as making changes when needed. For example, you can ask:

Minii AI can update multiple maintenance tickets simultaneously to help save time when handling large batches of requests.

- “Please move maintenance tickets 27-30 to Resolved and assign maintenance tickets 31-36 to Everest HVAC Services for annual HVAC filter replacement inspections, set the priority level to High, and set the due date to May 31, 2026"
Archiving & Deleting Maintenance Tickets
Minii AI can also help keep your maintenance records organized by archiving or deleting tickets when needed. You can manage individual maintenance tickets or perform these actions in bulk.
