How to Activate Minii AI to Read Your HOA Files

Minii AI is an integrated AI feature designed to provide quick answers and assistance within ManageCasa. By enabling Minii AI to access your association's files, you can turn your HOA documents into a valuable source of information for property owners.

Once activated and configured, Minii AI can reference the files you provide when answering questions related to your association, helping property owners quickly find relevant information without having to manually search through documents.

Before You Start

Before enabling Minii AI to access your HOA files, make sure you have:

• Access to your ManageCasa account.
• The appropriate user role and permissions to access Account Settings and Association settings.
• The HOA documents or files you want Minii AI to use as a source of information.
• Reviewed the files to ensure they contain current and accurate association information.

Steps

Step 1: Enable Minii AI to Access Files

1. From the top-right corner of ManageCasa, hover over and click Settings.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Scroll down to Allow Minii Intelligence access to files.
4. Turn the setting On.
5. Scroll down and click Save to apply the changes.
    

Step 2: Add Files to Your Association

1. In the left panel, scroll down to Associations.
2. Select the association where you want to upload the files.
3. Select Minii Intelligence setup.
4. Enable Allow owners to view Minii's response if you want property owners to receive responses generated using the association's files.
5. Upload the HOA files you want Minii AI to use as a source of information.

6. Once the files are uploaded, Minii AI can use them to provide information and answer questions related to your association.

    

How It Works

When a property owner asks Minii AI a question related to your association, Minii AI analyzes the files you have provided and uses the available information to generate a relevant response.

For example, property owners may ask questions about association rules, policies, fees, or other information contained in the uploaded HOA documents.

Important Notes

• Only upload current and accurate association documents that you want Minii AI to reference.
• Review your association files before uploading them to ensure the information is appropriate for property owners to access.
• Make sure Allow owners to view Minii's response is enabled if you want property owners to receive Minii AI responses based on your association's files.
• Minii AI's responses are based on the information available in the files provided to it. Keep your documents updated to help ensure relevant and accurate responses.
• Access to this feature may depend on the user's role and account permissions.

• Minii AI actions may use AI credits. Check your subscription to review your available AI credits, usage, and limits. 

   

Troubleshooting

I don't see "Allow Minii Intelligence access to files."
Make sure you have the appropriate permissions to access Account Settings. If the option is still unavailable, contact your ManageCasa administrator.

I enabled the setting but Minii AI isn't answering questions using our HOA files.
Verify that the files were uploaded to the correct association and that the documents are available under Minii Intelligence setup.

Property owners can't see Minii AI responses.
Check that Allow owners to view Minii's response is enabled under the association's Minii Intelligence setup.

Minii AI is providing incomplete or unexpected answers.
Review the uploaded documents to make sure they contain the relevant and up-to-date information. Consider replacing outdated files with current versions.
