Release Notes - June 2nd, 2022

We’ve been busy at work on a number of feature improvements that our customers have reached out to us to support. We love the feedback and take our customer’s requests seriously. We’re pleased to announce the following changes to the application.

Feature Updates:

• At long last you can now update certain parts of a published lease. Because it’s a contract, there are still values that you can’t update, but after you publish a lease we allow you to update the following fields. When you update the lease it will also automatically update future transactions created from the lease terms for you.

  • Add, Update, Delete Tenants

  • Add, Update, Delete Occupants

  • Turn on/off Late Fees

  • Update ePayment costs

  • Add, Update or Delete Additional Terms

  • Add, Update, or Delete Files

• We have added the ability to sort the lists in a way that works for you. By default, we present the data in a sorted way, but you can click on the arrows and change the order based on the columns. Sorting has three options, Default, Ascending and Descending. The arrow in the header will show you which is selected. You can also sort my multiple columns.

   

• You can now select multiple transactions in accounting and bulk delete or pay those transactions at the same time. When you select and delete, the transactions will be completely removed from the system. When you bulk pay transactions, each individual’s outstanding amount is marked as paid.

• You can now bulk delete recurring transactions now in the recurring tab of accounting. This is a quick way to remove old or outdated recurring transactions.

Bug Updates

• We fixed a long standing issue around timezones and the switch between Daylight Savings and Daylight Standard time. Now the transactions will be created based on the current timezone and time of year. 

• Improved and expanded use of websockets for events that happen asynchronously in the system 

• Fixed a couple of Typos 

• Created a “Missing” page in the system if navigation goes awry 

• Fixed some filter issues for Property Association Manager Accounts 

• Added additional contacts in contact widget 

• Added disable feature while paying a charge to prevent double clicks

• Updated amounts in “Rent Due” widget for Tenants
