One of the many responsibilities of a property manager is to keep occupancy rates and thus asset utilization high. ManageCasa’s Listing feature assists you in promoting available units and properties in an efficient and effective way, saving you time and making your job easier.
From your ManageCasa Dashboard, select “Manage > Listings” to access this feature.
Leads and Applicants exist in the same area where you can manage them all within one place, which simplifies navigation, improves visibility and saves time.
Leads are parties that may be interested, whereas Applicants are active participants in the application process.
From the side menu, you can either add an Applicant or a Lead.
When you add a Lead, it just adds someone as a placeholder where you can take notes and you can evaluate them but it doesn't invite them to apply. There's no outbound communication with a Lead.
Once you review a Lead and decide to convert it to an Applicant, you can send them an invitation to log in to ManageCasa and start the application process.
There are a number of options you can configure when you invite an applicant, e.g. adding an application fee for completing the application. See Applications article for more detail.
When you hit the three dots to see the menu, click on “Edit”. You will be routed to the “Update Listing” page. Scroll down to see the “Listing Providers” tab.
We're currently integrating with two main online property listing providers in the United States: Rent.com and RentalBeast (coming soon). If you are turning on the respective provider, your listings will show there for $25 a month.
