1. How many custom fields can I create?
- You have the freedom to create an unlimited number of custom fields. Don't hold back—customize your data to fit your business perfectly!
2. How do I create a custom field that property owners can fill out from their portal?
- To allow property owners to fill out a custom field from their portal, mark the "Field is public" and "Public field is editable" checkboxes.
- Example: You want a field where property owners can fill out their visitor information.
- Solution:
- Create a custom field called "Visitor Information" with the following settings:
- Field Type: Table
- Field is public: Check this box
- Public field is editable: Check this box (Note: This option appears once "Field is public" is checked)
- Has Header Row: Check this box
- Columns and Rows: Set your desired number of columns and rows (e.g., 4 columns and 4 rows). Note: Setting 4 rows means the system will have 4 default rows, but you can add more as needed.
- Applications that can use this custom field: Select "Property"
- Create a custom field called "Visitor Information" with the following settings:
