ManageCasa provides different user roles designed to match the responsibilities of your team and stakeholders. Each role has access to features tailored to their function, ensuring users can efficiently manage properties, finances, maintenance, and communications.
How to Add or Manage Users
To add a new user:
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account, select Account Users.
- Click Add and enter the required details.
- You can also set a password for the users you are going to invite.
- Click Add and Send Invite
Once they accept the invitation and log in to set up their account, they will receive a separate email to verify their email address.
To modify an existing user:
- Go to Settings → Account Users.
- Click the three dots (...) on the user’s line. From here, you can:
- Edit user details
- Reset their password
- Resend invite
- Deactivate the account
User Roles Overview
Below is a summary of the available account user roles and their typical access levels:
USER ROLE | DESCRIPTION |
Admin | Full access to ManageCasa. Can manage properties, finances, users, and system settings. Ideal for overall property operations and platform administration. |
Accounting | Focuses on financial management, including transactions, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accurate record-keeping. |
User | Has access to most features available to Admins, including viewing information, managing transactions, and communication. Does not have access to system-level settings or property management configuration. Ideal for team members needing operational access without administrative control. |
Maintenance User | Handles day-to-day maintenance tasks. Can submit, track, and manage maintenance requests for assigned properties. |
Maintenance Manager | Oversees maintenance operations, assigns tasks, monitors progress, and ensures timely resolution of maintenance issues. |
Rental Manager | Manages leasing and tenant operations, including applications, lease agreements, and tenant communications. |
Website Designer | Manages the customer-facing website and online listings, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal. |
