After uploading your contacts and properties, the next step for association managers is to associate properties with their respective associations. Properly associating properties ensures that each property is categorized under the correct association — especially important if you manage multiple associations.
Before you begin, make sure you have created the association(s) in ManageCasa. If you haven’t done this yet, follow our guide on how to Manually Add your Associations to ManageCasa.
Once your association is set up, you can use the "AssociationProperty" template to link properties to their association.
Steps to Associate Properties in Bulk
- From the left menu, go to More Features, then Bulk Upload.
- From the list of data types, select Association Properties.

Download the template and fill it out.

- Once the template is complete, drag the file into the upload box or click Browse and select your file.
- Click Import to upload.
What Happens After Uploading
The system will validate your file and:
- If everything is correct, your data will be imported and you’ll receive a successful upload email notification.
- If there are errors, you’ll receive an email with an error file attached. Open the error file and scroll to the rightmost column to see the specific error messages for each line item.
- NOTE: Do not edit the error file directly. Make corrections on your original file, then re-upload.
