Import your Existing Data into ManageCasa using Bulk Upload Tool

Loading new or historic data has never been easier than with ManageCasa's bulk upload features. We have added advanced heuristics to read and understand your data to find and create the necessary relationships in your data for you. The Artificial Intelligence in our software will make loading your data easy and fast.

1. Prepare Data for Import

The artificial intelligence in our software will make loading your data easy and fast. To get started, navigate to the Manage tab in the left navigation bar and select Bulk Upload.

Then select what type of data you will be uploading. Based on your account's privilege level we will present you with a list of options of what you can upload into the system. The system will automatically determine whether you have already uploaded the data and simply want to update it, or if you want to create a new entry altogether.

Important note: For initial data loads, we recommend to upload data types in the following order as there are dependencies:

1. Contacts
2. Properties
3. Lease Agreements
4. Property Management Terms
5. Transactions

We provide handy templates to fill out using Excel — you can download these in step two from the Bulk Upload page. These templates include error checking and dropdown lists to make it easy to enter the data.

2. Upload your data into ManageCasa

Once you have compiled all of your data into the spreadsheet, simply drag it into the application or click the Upload box then select your file, then click Import.

If there are any errors we will send back the spreadsheet with the errors highlighted in yellow. If all the data passes, then it will be loaded and available within a very short time.
