How do I allow overlapping leases?

If you need to create a lease that starts before another lease ends for the same property, you will need to turn on the “Allow Overlapping Leases” setting.

How to turn on "Allow Overlapping Leases"

1. Click on the gear icon in the left menu and select Settings
2. Select Account Settings
3. Click Show in the "Lease Defaults" section
   
   
4. Click Update to save your changes
