ManageCasa makes it simple for administrators to oversee financials, tasks, and communications through the Dashboard. Serving as your command center, it provides a real-time snapshot of operations and allows full customization to fit governance and reporting needs.
What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is the first screen you see when logging into ManageCasa. It consolidates key information into one view, including:
- Income and Expenses — Track financial performance
- Past Due Transactions — Monitor overdue payments
- Accounts Payable and Receivable — Stay on top of obligations
- Payouts — Review disbursements
- Task Overview — Manage outstanding tasks
- Messages — Access your communication inbox
Customizing the Dashboard
Admins have full control over dashboard layout and widgets. You can:
- Move widgets to prioritize what matters most
- Remove widgets you don’t need
- Create default views for specific user roles
- Build unique configurations for individual contacts
This flexibility ensures each user sees the information most relevant to them.
Accessing Customization Tools
To configure dashboard views:
- Click More Features in the navigation.
- Scroll down and select Control Portal.
- Adjust widgets and views from there.
Note: Control Portal access is restricted to administrators.
