The Property Details View provides a centralized view of property-level information, giving property managers a quick snapshot of key financial and operational details along with access to a variety of property management actions.
From the Property Details View, you can review and manage information such as property details, leases, maintenance tickets, transactions, ledgers, contacts, files, communications, tasks, messages, and the property's activity timeline.
Important: The information and properties available to you may vary depending on your user role and permissions. Depending on your role, you may be able to view all properties or only the properties assigned to you.
Accessing the Property Details View
- From the left navigation panel, click Property Units.
- You will see two tabs:

Insights – Provides a quick overview of property-level information, including the Property Graph, Lease Status, and Property Summary.

My Properties – Displays the properties available to you, including basic information such as the property's address, property type, occupancy rate, and your assigned role.
By default, you will land on the My Properties tab.

Note: To add a new property, click Create Property. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to the “How Do I Add Properties?” article.
Viewing Property Details
- From the My Properties list, click the property's address. A new Property Details view will open, where you can review and manage information associated with the property.
- The Property Details view includes the following sections:
- Summary
- Additional Information, including custom fields
- Address
- Leases
- Listings
- Maintenance Tickets
- Transactions
- Ledger
- Property Contacts
- Files
- Communications
- Tasks
- Messages
- Timeline
These sections allow you to access property information and management activity from one centralized location.
Editing Property Details
There are two ways to edit or manage a property.
Option 1: Edit from the Property Details View
- From the property list, click the Property Address.
- In the Property Details view, click Edit.
- You can update the property's:
- General information
- Address
- Accounting information
- Description
- Attachments
- Unit details
- Additional information
- To update a specific section, click the Edit button located on the far right of that section.
- Make the necessary changes.

Click Update Property to save your changes.
Note: You can also select Delete if you need to remove the property. Deleting a property may affect information and records associated with it. Make sure the property should be removed before proceeding.
Option 2: Use the Three-Dot Menu
- You can also access property actions directly from the property list.
- From the My Properties list, locate the property you want to manage.
- Hover over the property to display the three-dot menu on the far right.
- Click the three-dot menu to view the available actions:
- Start Message
- Create Task
- Edit
- Delete
- Select the action you want to perform and follow the prompts.
Bulk Delete Properties
You can delete multiple properties at once using the bulk delete option.
- From the My Properties list, select the properties you want to delete by ticking the checkbox next to each property name.
- Once one or more properties are selected, the Delete button will appear at the bottom-right of the page.
- Click Delete and follow the prompts to confirm the deletion.
Note: Bulk actions will apply to all selected contacts. Review your selections carefully before proceeding.
The Property Details View provides a centralized workspace for reviewing and managing property information and activity. Depending on your role and permissions, you can use this view to quickly access property details, communicate with contacts, manage tasks, review financial information, and perform other property-level management actions.
