Board Members — including the Treasurer, President, Vice President, Secretary, or Member — use the same email and password as their Property Owner account to access their Board portal.
Steps to Access Your Board Role
- Sign in using your registered email and password in ManageCasa account.
- Click your profile icon (your avatar or initials) in the upper‑right corner of the dashboard.
- From the dropdown menu, under “Switch Account,” select your Board Member portal.
How to Identify Your Logged‑In Role
You can easily verify whether you’re logged in as a Property Owner or a Board Member by checking your profile menu. Your current role is displayed directly beneath your name (for example, Board Secretary or Property Owner).
Tip
If your Board role doesn’t appear, confirm that your contact profile is updated with the correct Association and Account User Role.
